There are several important Biocidal Products Regulations (BPR) deadlines coming up in 2016:

27 April: Notification of in situ generated Active Substance/Product-type combinations to the Review Programme.

1 September: End of transitional period for active substances in biocidal products not covered by the BPD and for actives in treated articles.

30 October: Declare interest to notify Active Substances/Product-type combinations that have earlier been excluded by the Manual of Decision.
