The European Commission has published the non-approval notices of 4 active substances. All these non-approval decisions come into force this month on 28 November 2016. This means that the phase out dates for making available on the market biocidal products containing these substances in the given PTs will be 27 November 2017 (12 months) and the phase out date for use of these products will be 6 months later, ie 27 May 2018.
