Commission Regulation (EU) No 2015/1298, which amends Annexes II and VI to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, has been published in the Official Journal to the European Union. This Regulation adds the UV filter 3-Benzylidene Camphor to Annex II of the Cosmetics Regulation and removes it from Annex VI. The Regulation was adopted on 28 July 2015 and published in the Official Journal L199/22 on 29 July 2015. Only products which comply shall be placed and made available on the market from 18 February 2016.
