The UK’s relationship with Europe, post Brexit, is subject to great uncertainty.

For that reason, we at MSL have decided to establish an EU based address in Dublin, Eire, so we can continue to offer ‘Responsible Person’ services under EU Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009 irrespective of the results of the Brexit negotiations. Hopefully, this should cover all eventualities going forward.
